Losing track! What with the last run of week 6 being 25 minutes and all the week 7 runs being 25 minutes, I think I'm on run 2 of week 7, but honestly, they are all just a blur of euphoria and torture.
But then that means there's only one more 25 minute run before I have to crank the dial again! Argh!
Honestly, I'm finding this week hard, but doable, so I know I will eventually do the 28 minutes and then the 30, but isn't it so much easier to have self-belief when you are off the treadmill

Nasty cold is all but gone... just the odd tickly cough here and there but it’s nothing really!! I’m finding the 25 minutes hard but doable. Done it twice now and managed both times but it hasn’t been easy. Needed to talk to myself a bit during the first 10-15 minutes when I was telling myself it was too hard!
