Who’d have believed I’d do this. Not me. 2 runs 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️to go. Off to watch how parkrun goes today as planning to run one next Saturday. The husband bought me this to wear next week. He’s proud of what I’ve achieved. Run this morning went like a dream. Full 30 minutes, not fast but steady. Oldfloss would approve.
