Wow early morning run for this one and I am a sitting here feeling amazing after completing it!
I have come up to Cumbria to form my 'bubble' with my parents and thought I'd get a run in the beautiful countryside. It was soooo much more up and down than I'm used to but it felt like a proper run.....and I did it! Just over 5km in the 30mins and a lot of sheep dodging on route π€£πββοΈππ
Happy Sunday everyone π

Inspirational. I absolutely love this part of the world and really good that you did this on an unfamiliar course. Enjoy your running in your new bubbleππππ
Wow, one of my favourite places- Iβd probably run like I am when I drive up there - huffing and puffing ! Iβve turned into a soft southerner in my old age- it always surprises me how much I have to use the gears when I go back up !π what a beautiful place for your final weekβs running- enjoy! ππΌββοΈπ
Looks lovely! If only I could say the same. We have had a weekend of east coast haar so all I had for my 8am run was a misty drizzle but it was certainly quieter
That ghastly sea fog sitting right across the east coast of the country on all the weather forecasts. Humid air over a cold sea. Horrible. I have sat on a hill in the sun and watched it roll in below me!
Wow, that looks stunning! π What a beautiful place! Just remember IannodeTruffeβs words, βhills are your friends, they build staminaβ.π Enjoy! ππββοΈπ’
