Another run done and feeling so pleased but mixed feelings about reaching end of programme soon. It is what has motivated me to get out and run before work,to keep going for a few minutes more when I want to stop and until I hit target for each run. Havent reached 5k yet but feel it is achievable. 😊

Must admit I’m worried about that too. Just about dragged my sorry ass out of bed this morning, final run Monday. I didn’t really enjoy today tbh, glad it’s done. Didn’t help that my teenage son had borrowed my ear buds and not recharged them so no music. Ah well, another run in the bag....

Good luck for the final run. We’ll help you work out what you want to do after graduating. Initially basically a repeat of W9 is a good place to start.

Thanks Jay. I must admit, have a sense of trepidation and a small amount of grief at leaving C25K. Love your new gear btw! Especially the 🧢! I dreamt I was buying winter gear last night. A whole new wardrobe awaits....

I really hope the heat subsides a little soon. High teens or 20, fine. Dry, perfect. This? Melting! Can’t wait to get into the colder gear again. (Who am I kidding? I’ll hate it!!)

Don’t fear the end.

Cold, rain, ice, snow. I think we’ve been spoilt starting to run at this time of year. It is too darn hot tho. The only options are run ridiculously early or ridiculously late....

Sounds like you did all 4 seasons in 9 weeks!

My girlfriend is about 7 weeks ahead of me and she is still running. She has picked up lots of stuff to keep motivated after graduation including something called C25k plus podcasts that she is enjoying

It must be something about us girls :-). My OH is 5 weeks behind me. He is really enthusiastic and I hope we can run together but feel he may want to go faster than me.
