Now in Khao Yai at Hotel La Casetta. Time away from our private pools for a run. Another 4.6 kilometres done and running on after MJ has told me to warm down. Not far just to prove I could. Stopped my map my run at the 30 minutes that MK called out. Love the mountains here. Beautiful countryside.
After running and shower back into the pools for for another hour. Then a brisk walk with my partner.
Sounds idyllic. Get some photos posted so we can all be extremely jealous 
And nice one as well for pushing that bit extra. Keep it in the 10% extra mind. You dont want to stumble just as you reach the podium.
Dont be speeding up now.

Sounds like heaven! I am doing Week 9 Run 1 at the weekend but obviously not in such a fantastic place. Good luck with your next two runs!

I know!! Cant believe it really as never have enjoyed running but now!!! It has taken quite a few weeks (I worked out about 20ish) due to repeating weeks as it was hard, repeating weeks as I didnt have my glasses on and pressed the wrong button, holidays etc but I am nearly there! Hope to do my Week 9 runs next week eek!! x
