Feeling emotional. Managed to keep going for the full 20 minutes. Five weeks ago I was out of breath climbing the stairs. Can't believe I did it!

Well done! ππ be proud of yourself!! I know how my fitness has improved when I had to climb 7 floors to the car last night after a show and I managed it and could still breathe when I got to the top...4 months ago I would have been a right state! π
