Did the same distance as W4R1 and did just over 3k in 30mins including warm up n cool down. But it feels like my legs are getting used to the concept of running now. I am not sure how to explain, but all 4 slots of running felt more smooth and in control today... like mentally way less difficult and dare I say.... effortless!
Physically, i still feel much better than W1 even though it was much colder today n did consider jumping on the treadmill for a second. But glad I braved the cold, made it so much more fun
My full sleeves base layer is on its way and arriving tomorrow... just in time for W4R3 run on Wednesday
