W4R2 Running made me feel good :)

While I am sure the above statement is not unusual for many in this forum it came as quite a surprise to me, especially after my fears about losing motivation for w3.

In fact it has been one of those days when almost everything had gone a little bit wrong and after getting home late and making tea I had decided to do my run tomorrow. Then all of a sudden sitting there watching something on telly and feeling grumpy I thought I could just do my run now and 10 minutes later I was out the door. Even more shocking was that half way through my last 5 minute run I actually found myself thinking I feel quite good !!!

Could I be catching this running bug I have heard people talking about ?!?

I think many are surprised by the mental as well as the physical benefits

Sneaks up on you. First it's all duty and virtue and then later on you're slinking out for a quick run hoping the family doesn't catch you and stop you somehow.

I have definitely found this programme has put me in a better mood in general. Roll on Saturday for W4R3 😀

Me too...I was grumpy all day sat as it was rest day but Sunday up and out and set me up for the day!!
