W4R2 Running made me feel good :)

While I am sure the above statement is not unusual for many in this forum it came as quite a surprise to me, especially after my fears about losing motivation for w3.

In fact it has been one of those days when almost everything had gone a little bit wrong and after getting home late and making tea I had decided to do my run tomorrow. Then all of a sudden sitting there watching something on telly and feeling grumpy I thought I could just do my run now and 10 minutes later I was out the door. Even more shocking was that half way through my last 5 minute run I actually found myself thinking I feel quite good !!!

Could I be catching this running bug I have heard people talking about ?!?

  • Sneaks up on you. First it's all duty and virtue and then later on you're slinking out for a quick run hoping the family doesn't catch you and stop you somehow.

  • Yep and it is so good:)
