feel like shouting - JUST NAILED RUN1WEEK4🤣

If I am honest was dreading week 4, how could I possibly run for 5 minutes constant when only weeks ago I nearly fainted running a minute!!

Feel like I have done something really special , serious runners may think differently as they run their miles n miles but to me I have done a oersonal best that I didnt think was possible a month ago. Am smiling and feel like telling everyone but at the minute have kept it to myself as still a secret runner, I dont profess to running it with style, think waddling duck with a limp but I did it

Beginning to think theres life in this old girl yet😂

Anyone out there doubting themselves believe me when I say if I did it so can you👍

A massive well done to you. I have the same feelings about week 4 too. 5 mins of running - how is that possible?! Just started week 3 today and tbh I found it the easiest one so far, I did take it very slow mind!

I live the image of 'waddling duck with a limp' - yep, that's me too!

good luck with week3 it doesnt matter about being slow your still moving 🐢 I honestly had a light bulb moment today finishing my run - “hey this might just be possible”

Well done! You have done something really special, no doubt about that.

When you run, you're a runner, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Whether you're running to the shop or running a marathon, you have my respect.

Fantastic! It’s a brilliant feeling when you run for a length of time you didn’t think was possible. Enjoy that sense of pride and accomplishment 😊 Running is mostly mental so just tell yourself you can do it n lo n behold, you can!

You have indeed done something special, and you will continue to amaze yourself every run in this programme. When later you arrive at your door having just run non-stop for 25, 30 minutes you will realise just how special it is to achieve this. Keep up the good work!

Many thanks. I’ve only just started. Done two runs of week 1. Totally enjoying it but I have a slight back injury so am really disappointed not to be completing week 1 tomorrow. Don’t want to have any set backs. I’m impatient to move onto the next level.
