Finished early at work... managed 4.7 km.. didn't think I'd get that far as most I've reached is 4.3... π ...hopefully 5k will be achieved by run 3 ... still can't believe I'm still doing it π€π€π€

Well done. But don't push yourself too hard to get to 5k. Better that you can run for 30mins whatever the distance than risk giving yourself an injury. Keep up the regular running and you will achieve 5k soon enough without having to put yourself through it to get there.

Two runs to go........you can slog hard to try to get to 5k in 30 mins, which to be frank, is still quite a big step, or you can enjoy the next two runs by running slowly and still strengthening your body and building stamina.
It is down to your personality, probably. I will admit that I was of the former camp and as a result my graduation run was a hard slog remembered for all the wrong reasons.
