Well..., after the 9 week C25K programme I completed my 5k Parkrun this morning. OK, so it took me 44.44mins but I completed it. No stopping - just slow and steady! To say I'm chuffed is an understatement. Over the course of the the programme I've had issues with my knee, which made me question (on more than one occasion) whether I would see this day.
Lesson - never doubt yourself, never give up, and keep running π π₯ #C25K
Good luck everyone x

Brilliant!! I am really enjoying doing the Parkrun post-graduation. 44 mins is a great time, you should be very pleased. I still canβt run the whole of mine but what I like about Parkrun is the lack of competition, itβs all about your own run.
Ah congratulations and well done you. I know how chuffed you must deservedly feel. The time isn't important you ran all the way, that's 5K and with a knee problem. Go you. Respect where earnt x
