We did it!!!! 5k park run completed

Well we did it me and my bestie completed couch to 5k by doing the park run, it wasn’t a breeze but my mate spurred me on and we completed the course with no walking or stopping....so pleased with our achievement never thought I’d be doing this 9 weeks ago
