First attempt tonight π

Good luck and keep going no matter how you do it itβs the fact that you are getting active that is the most important thing.

Slow, steady and take it as gently as you like

Good work! Slow and steady builds stamina, so you are going about it the right way. πππ

Donβt worry about the speed of your walking breaks, just make sure you keep moving and use the time to recover from each run. You will be building up stamina no matter what speed you do.

You WILL do this.

My first βrunβ was more of a stagger! Nothing brisk about it at all! Iβm definitely noticing an improvement though (just finished week 3). Just keep at it!
Welcome to the club π follow the plan and keep posting it absolutely works!
Thank you all for your support I WILL DO THIS π

Cha cha cha!! You are on the brink of an amazing experience which has really transformed me -- I'm in a much better place than I was in July when I started.
Advice: trust the program, go SLOW -- look for amazement to dawn, and then excitement. Keep grinding in week 1/2 -- I think week 1 may be the hardest.
Do NOT worry about your time. Don't worry either about how you look or whether people are looking at you -- runners are invisible. Just get out there.
