Slow and steady. No Laura just my Google play music classic rock run station...lots of blasts from the past that made me feel like singing along...Clash...David Bowie...Rush...Genesis...Van Halen to name a few. Yep showing my age😃. As Maggie couldn't come along to the fun run on Sunday we are counting this as her official graduation and she is now resting on the window seat watching the world go by ... they say a tired dog is a good dog 🐶🐕

Yes it's very calming. I'm lucky to have that loop right out my front door😊although the sea breeze can blow me almost off my feet sometimes. Not tonight though..it was like a millpond

Lovely, just lovely! And that looks like a perfect route too. Well done, Maggie, on your graduation too. Woof! 🐶😘
