First run after graduating - 5K!

So I graduated last Sunday, and due to mid-week football and the hot weather I decided to give myself a few extra days to recover before my first post-graduation run!

As the weather has now cooled down a bit, decided to go out for a run at lunchtime. Now that I've finished the programme it almost felt like the pressure was off a bit, and happy to say I completed a full 5K in 32:25!!! Really really pleased.

I've decided to do as others do and aim for 3 runs a week of around 30 mins, and make one of them a definite 5K. Will carry on like this for a while until I feel totally comfortable and then will try upping the distance.

Totally got the running bug now, I can't believe it! :-)
