So I did my first 5k Park Run on Saturday and managed it in 38 minutes! I wasn't the slowest! Feel really good that I can do it!

Amazing well done! How long did you leave it after graduating? I am thinking about entering my first park run, but lacking in confidence! Xx

Well done!! I did my first park run on Saturday too! I found it very hard due to run the whole thing due to my mental health last week but so excited to do it again this week and smash it!
