Final New Mexico run

I felt great today! 35 minutes of running plus stretching, walking, etc. I may move up my virtual race date and run the 5k in California since I realized I will just be at the airport in Stockholm... Animals today: the usual MASSIVE herd of deer 🦌 plus dogs, cows, horses, skunk smell... AND I saw a fox 🦊 which by the way is not at all the same as the scrawny English variety. You rarely see them, and it was very beautiful.

Oh thank you -- my recent run walk combos have all been over 5k so I feel like it'll be OK. I anticipate my time between 40 and 45 mins, we'll see!

A zookeeper? Actually they all seem to be doing fine on their own. Apart from the dogs that is.

What a great run to finish your stay on. And all those furry friends too! I have to say, I admire the pace you set. Well done. πŸ‘

Metaphorically I hope! I think my literal pace is quite shabby generally. I am a slow but cheerful runner LOL.

Glad you had a good run, I do a mixture of jog - stretch - strength exercises too a couple of times a week (the doggie often runs back to me with a quizzical look on his face as a do my squats😁). Look forward to hearing about the race in California πŸ‘
