I did it! My daughter for me into this in may when she was doing well 3 and I thought 3 minutes running would be real easy! How wrong I was!! So shortly after I started c25k myself and was doing well up until week 5 run 3 when I hurt my ankle as had to stop running for a few weeks. Then gradually got back into it and now I have done it!! Even managed 5k in 30 minutes! Thanks for running this program! I can run!!ππ½ββοΈπ

You are a real runner! Hope you continue to enjoy it after spending time basking in your well deserved glory! ππ»πΎπ₯ππ₯
Well done. I did 8 weeks - legs OK, the hard part was breathing and the mental challenge of perseverance - then picked up knee problems, and now it's been 4 weeks without a run. Knees still not right and I fear for the first retry. So thanks for an encouraging story.
