I would have graduated today if it hadn't been for my asthma playing up, should have known from swimming last night something wasn't right had to stop! Gutted is not the word think I'm starting with an infection boo hoo but its not going to stop me. Re-try Thursday so fingers crossed I will not be beat hehehehe.

Just a hiccup. Running is for life. It really doesn't matter w heather you graduate this week or next week - you're doing it!

Dratted asthma! But that is not a failure just a delay. Be careful if you have an infection, best to get that clear before you push yourself. I know from bitter experience that trying to exercise with an infection just makes it last longer!!! Good luck with your grad run when you get there.

Rest a while until you're clear of your infection you may make it worse. Then when you feel fit again go for it. You can do it. It doesn't matter when. Go girl! :-)
