Evening gang

Yes I back no races since last post just few training runs with GoodGym and getting ready for today.

So today was mine and the boys final Nuclear Races OCR of the year.

7k with over 60 obstacles (some end in the water) and lots of extra mud thanks to the rain.

The mud was very muddy joys of an Essex farm and wow the water was bloody cold, but we did it.

Cool t shirts and nice bit of bling....plus extra large bling for completing 3 races in 2017

I will do more events just think May give November race a miss next year.

My next race a nice 5 miles along Southend sea front in December....mince pie and the finish line 😊

Then to decide if doing London Winter Run

All signed up for The Big Half in March

Have a great rest of the weekend x

Sweet bling!!! Well done, sounds like a lot of crazy fun! Might have to consider a mud run next year myself 🤔.....

I'm across the pond in Canada so unfortunately won't be able to partake in your Nuclear runs 🙁 There are some different mudruns ("tough muddier") a few hours away I could consider that are similar. I'm not sure if my shoulders could handle some of the obstacles, but the running, slogging through the mud would be fun. Time will tell....

If they are a friendly bunch like Nuclear missing the occasional obstacle is fine and not frowned upon
