Back in the plan!!! 1 week off didn’t harm me too badly (except some stitch in my side, but I know that can be fixed with more water consumption) my pace was even much better too and I didn’t even try to improve that!!! Week 6 run 3 here I come!!!! And no more intervals!!! Crazy crazy!!!
