Tough one this morning after a crazy bank holiday weekend! This was the first time since probably around week 3 that I didn’t enjoy the run but I didn’t give up 😬

Onwards and upwards though and looking forward to my next run and hopefully I’ll find it better 😁😁

Well done for sticking with it! The next run will probably be a breeze now.

Well done for persevering.

I did week 6 day 2 today too, and it was TOUGH! I think I’m going to struggle running 25 minutes on the next run!

I think we will be ok 🙈 I remember all the warnings about W6 runs “catching you out” - maybe that’s what they mean?

We’ve got this 💪🏻 - good luck! 😁

Whereas week 5 has shorter and shorter overall session lengths, week 6 keeps pushing for longer ones.

The good news is that once you've done the first 25 minutes, you're on the home straight, and Weeks 7, 8 and 9 are consolidation and 10% increases week on week.

If I was asked which were the big weeks of development on the C25K course, I'd say weeks 4 and 6. Weeks 1-3 are groundwork, week 5 is affirmation and weeks 7-9 are consolidation.
