First run of week 4 done. Did it. But gosh those 5 minutes seemed to last forever. Jo Whiley talks about having a sort of running mantra. Well mine is "Don't think, just do it!". So far, so good.

I’m right there with you - attempting run 2 tomorrow morning. It’s tough but we’ll do it 😬 I don’t think Michael told me about running mantras - or perhaps I was delirious by then, I usually hang in his every word! I like yours though and will try it tomorrow. Well done, I'm doing my second run on week 4 tomorrow, using the podcast as the music seems to help and just using the other run to record my runs so no idea what Sarah M is saying about mantras and things!

Well done! I also did my week 4run2 today. Boy 5 min sure is a looong time.. but looking back, 2 weeks agoIthought 90 seconds running was going to kill me! Wow! We have come a long way and a long way to go!
