So proud of myself. Actually went out in the pouring rain there to do this. Quick question. Even though I managed to do the run, my distance didn't increase. Is that correct? Is it more about endurance than distance at this stage?

I think it's more about endurance yes. Distance and speed can come later. I'm on week 4 now and my distance is roughly the same or slightly less than in week 1....and I'm "running" twice the amount in minutes...my brisk walk is faster than my run 😂

At this point it's all about running for the time require not distance and to honest that's it all the way through, distance/pace is something that will come later

Nope.......it is simply, about enjoying the journey.
Just run.. take it steady and slow and take it as it comes
Enjoyment not endurance, delight not distance and satisfaction not speed
