So proud of myself. Actually went out in the pouring rain there to do this. Quick question. Even though I managed to do the run, my distance didn't increase. Is that correct? Is it more about endurance than distance at this stage?

I think it's more about endurance yes. Distance and speed can come later. I'm on week 4 now and my distance is roughly the same or slightly less than in week 1....and I'm "running" twice the amount in minutes...my brisk walk is faster than my run 😂

At this point it's all about running for the time require not distance and to honest that's it all the way through, distance/pace is something that will come later

Thank you for the confirmation. I was tickled pinko complete the run. But only reached the same spot as 2 days ago even though I jogged for longer.

Well done 👍think my morning run is going to be a wet one been lucky so far since starting the program all been dry 😫

Nope.......it is simply, about enjoying the journey.

Just run.. take it steady and slow and take it as it comes :)

Enjoyment not endurance, delight not distance and satisfaction not speed:)
