Well I must say I was a little worried about week2 but to my absolute surprise it went very well. I didn't even find myself wishing for Laura to say "time to slow down". I didn't feel like I struggling anywhere near as much as week one. I feel a little bit proud of myself. I will do run2 tomorrow even though there should be a rest day in between, but Monday, Wednesday and Friday are the days I have set for my runs and I don't want to deviate from that. I couldn't jog yesterday because it was just to slushy out so I walked through the programme. I don't want to get too cocky because I'm sure there will be a time where I fall flat on my face. lol Happy jogging everyone.

you will be amazed at your progression! Every week, the first run is tough! But the next is easier...and the third easier still. And then in just a few weeks time, you wont believe you can run 3 minutes straight off. You'll look back and wont believe the difference.
Well done caz ?? that's great. I know what you mean about feeling too cocky. I was a bit like that last night and even felt that I might have managed another 90 second run if I'd had to. I guess we are just getting fitter!
