Yes!! Not that I have many these days as my ovaries packed up in my late 30s but I do get a few manufactured ones each year due to hrt. I feel lethargic, grouchy, and susceptible to any gremlin that gives me a sidewards glance lol. But otherwise I try to get on with it and at least cover some miles.

Yes, but as running saves my nearest and dearest from collateral damage, I go anyway :)

I was only on Week 4, so I didn't find it harder, but I did find it considerably less enjoyable. Didn't stop me going out, just stopped me looking forward to my next run. Did Week 5, Run 1 this morning and the enjoyment is back.

Yes. :-(

Running helps with the pain, but I do find I have less energy/strength. Sucks. However, as running does lift my mood, I still run, as it means I am less of a grump.

Same here. Harder work but I feel loads better afterwards.

Yes, cramping and lethargy and not great for running. But oddly running is good for cramping and lethargy!!

Yes, I do & some days I feel so heavy that it’s like I’ve been rooted like a tree but I still go out there because it also helps...my Hubby
