A question for the ladies.....

I'm on the large size (band & cup) and i'm really struggling to find a suitably supportive sports bra in my size that is also comfortable and doesn't give me 'sausage boobs' as they hurt!  Any recommendations??

my shock absorber is good, really flattens them so not flattering!, has to be fastened tightly but they are contained with minimal movement! Its a 38 F but they did have bigger, got it from amazon not too expensive, couldn't run a step without it!

Like heavyhorse  i am a fan of Shockabsorber sports bras. My 38DDs are kept in place and they are still visible as two separate entities (en- tit-ies geddit!). Amazon is a great place to get them once you know your size, I managed to get the last two I bought for £16.99 each with free postage. Search for your specific size to get the best prices. Good luck

I actually wear two sports bras. They are just cheap things, in fact one of them was from Aldi, but they work brilliantly together and I feel really supported.  I know what its like and it hurts!  I found that I really struggled to get that support, hence wearing two.  Works perfectly for me.

Shockabsorber here....keeps em nice and snug :-) I'd have black eyes if I didn't have a decent bra!

Shock absorber was my first thought but they only seem to go up to a 40" back and I need at least a 44" 😖

Have you looked on Amazon uk for Shockabsorber. I'm sure they do a 44

I started with the Shock Absorber, but found it rather too traditional bra-like and too "seamy". Am far more comfortable in the Panache Sports bra: the racer back clip really does the job for us curvy ladies, spreading the load ;) The bright colour options and styling make it feel more modern sports-wear, so straps that can proudly show when running in summer vest tops. Also their "sports shorts" brief is highly recommended. You can often find deals on the web on previous seasons' colours. It only goes to size 40, so not for all, but it does go up to H cup. I'm no expert runner just a C25K-er, but spending on bra and shoes is essential, the rest of the kit can be cheaper!

How about this one, definitely comes in a 44 back and lots of cup sizes, gets good reviews too.

I have to have one that does up the front and I have to have it tight tight tight! I have to ignore how desperately unflattering it is- the main thing is to strap em on so tight you don't have to worry about them bouncing and hurting. I used to use shock absorber when I could do them up behind

I have a panache and I am a 42 H!  Comfortable and not a bounce in sight.  Ugly as all hell though.

Another vote for shock absorber. In a 34FF. They don't move!
