Wow! I ran for 16 minutes today. Admittedly not continuously, but it's a quantum leap from last week's non-continuous 9 minutes :)

I find it hard to believe I will be running 20 minutes without a break next week BUT this programme is amazing, so somehow it'll get me there!

Sad as it sounds I was properly proud of my self for this exact same thing yesterday it only sank in when she said on the podcast that today I’d ran for a total of 16 minuted well the last run wk9 is 30 mins so we are over half way there!!! Well done!!!
