Just wondering how you get by with the big jump to 20mins running .cant believe I completed the weeks so far but determind to finish the 9weeks

Every run you have done so far has been strengthening you ready to face this challenge, just take it slow and steady and you'll be fine

On your last run you ran for sixteen minutes, plus a five minute brisk walk, so were in fact moving for 21 minutes between warm up and cool down.........so where's the jump?

Believe you can do it and you will. Nice and slow.....enjoy it.

Yep...just like any other run.. slow and steady and one foot in front of the other.. You are ready.. that is all you need to know :)
