Week 3 starts tomorrow

I finished Week 2 on Friday and will do Monday Wednesday and Friday for Wk 3.

I have to say I've enjoyed my first 2 weeks. The information on this forum is invaluable.

I have been walking since 23rd March last year, (thank you Boris), gradually increasing my distance and speed. I now do 4.5 miles every day which takes an hour give or take. I had added some jogging into the mix but someone suggested C25K so here I am. I don't go out if it's icy, I do an hour on my treadmill.

I'll let you know how my week is going. Good luck to all other week 3'ers.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.

Well done Chrimson51, 4.5 miles every day is very impressive. That’s set you up nicely for C25k, good luck with the rest of your journey, you’re doing great 👍
