This was going to be a real challenge. 8 minutes non stop. Twice. I paced myself and decided to enjoy the view, enjoy the run and not think too much about the time. It was only two runs and it was done in no time at all. I changed my route as well to take in some different surfaces and views. I think that helped take my mind off the time.

At the time it was a relief. Now its sinking in I'm running for longer and loving it :-)
