I only went and blooming did it! Can’t believe that I managed 2 x 8 mins without stopping, when I’d just been scraping the 5 mins. Dare I say it, it was ok and I quite enjoyed it. First time using the podcast and not my own music with the app. Maybe that helped? Anyway, I’m beginning to think this program actually works! 😊
