Hard one today and I knew it as soon as I had got to 5 minutes! These cold fresh mornings and damp mornings my asthma kicks off and today I didn't take my inhaler! I was determined to finish so eventually changed course and went home but didn't stop jogging around the house trying to find an inhaler and after a few puffs off I went to finish off! The difference was amazing so lesson learned take the inhaler! I carried on for a little longer as I had to slow down. Used the MapMyRun app today for the first time and was quite pleased. My ambition is 5k in 35 minutes so I am getting there! Can't believe last week next week Week 9 Run 1 Saturday!!
