so disapointed, all geared up to do w7 r3 and ive twisted my knee moving a bag of compost last night. Gutted but i'll have to rest it a day or so, limped through work today but no chance of doing anything else tonight. maybe friday......

Plenty of rest. No point coming back too early and doing even more damage.

Fingers crossed it fixes itself with some rest....

Oh no :-( hope you recover quickly, better to take an extra day than put yourself out for weeks.

It's funny, I've always suspected gardening was dangerous!!
