Poorly 😐

After smashing week7run3 I was really looking forward to the challenges of week 8 however my head/body have different plans. I seem to have some kind of virus where my head feels mega heavy, I have dizziness and nausea and when I move my eyes left to right it creates noise in my ears 😕.i missed wk8 run1 last night with my group and I'm willing myself better for Saturday when they do the 1st homework run.panicking that I might miss all of week 8 and how thus might negatively impact me mentally and physically.others have had this 'virus' for weeks😕. I'm soooo close to the end I don't want to mess it up 😐

Feeling miserable

Oh goodness... that does not sound very fun!!! Good luck... but also get better!!!

Rest and do not run until you are completely well. It is not a good idea to run when you feel like this and the run will still be there.

Make sure you feel fully fit before heading out . please:)

Thanks Oldfloss x I'm just really missing it and run so much better with company . 5k run is 18th Nov and I've got an extra 5 mins to find before then 😕x

But, you must be well enough.. too many past posts about running with a virus! It is horrid..but do take care x

Unfortunately I have same virus where it has knocked me for the last 3 weeks. The only thing is to rest. Wish you better soon

Oh no, hope you feel better soon !! I really cant be out of action for work or running for 3 weeks 😱
