Really happy with the new trainers, week 4 wasn't too bad at all.
Pros:
I am def a morning person. Quite getting to like being up and out at 05:30, this is much nicer than being in a gym.
On the last run, Sarah makes some comment in the last minute about how your legs might be flagging and I thought "but they aren't" and kept going another couple of mins to the end of the path. I shouldn't be surprised - it's kind of what legs are supposed to be for - but still makes me feel good about heading into week 5.
New trainers are <3
Cons:
Nothing really. Legs/ knees/ ankles etc fine this week. I did do extra stretches and walking on the rest days and that helped. (Walking prolly not ideal but local swimming pool closed for repairs so walking it is)
