Week 4 completed.

Well I’ve finished week 4 and can’t quite believe how much I’m enjoying this program. I think I’ve become a running bore too! After my initial worry about the up and coming weeks I have just followed the program done as I’m told and it’s been really good.....hard work sometimes but I’m loving it. I know I’ve got the hard weeks coming up but I’m ready I hope, if I have to repeat then that’s ok too. At the moment my only concern is the sole of my trainers are about to fall off so payday can’t come fast enough to get some new ones.

Reading the posts on this forum have certainly helped. Here’s hoping I still feel so enthusiastic in a couple of weeks.

Well done to you Pippa10 on completing week 4 of C25K, I can assure you that you will be just as enthusiastic as you are now, especially when you complete runs 3 of both weeks 5 and 6😊.

Onwards and upwards to week 5.

Great job. In many ways the hardest weeks are behind you now. Enjoy the wonderful week 5.

You're doing great and hopefully can get yourself some nice new trainers soon. Good luck 😊
