No fluke!

Last week's first sub 30 minute was no fluke it would appear! This one was a couple of seconds faster (29:49) and with a stiff sea breeze attempting to derail my attempt so I'm delighted with it.

Apologies for the retina damage caused by my shirt by the way! 😁

Well done, I hope to do Lowestoft soon (Gorleston is my local) and my goal is sub 30 by the end of the year so I'm inspired by your progress......keep it up πŸ‘πŸ»

Thank you! I've heard that the Gorleston one is a good one. My sprogs were all born at the JPH so it's almost a home from home for me!! Glad that I inspire you, that's great ☺ Good luck to you for a sub 30 minute effort, maybe see you at Lowestoft one day πŸ‘

Maybe, though the thought of visiting a hill TWICE is pretty daunting 😳

That's a good point! It took me until last week, my 5th visit, to do it twice! Your thighs will know they've been in a battle!! 😁

well done - couldn't make it this week - did a long run instead - good consolidation on the sub 30minute mark.

Thanks chap, I'm not there next week as I'm at Newmarket races but will be back on the 21St, maybe see you there. It was a tough one today, the wind and hill were killers!

Thank you very much! The photographer knew how to light me I guess...... πŸ˜‰ I thought I was doing well until a chap with a push chair flew past me! Ah well, delighted despite that! πŸ˜€
