Lol, I did run 2 last night, was tired and cold before I started and said to hubby that I doubted I'd manage 3 mins because I'd had a hard day..... Well, I only went and did it again!! I was on such a high when I got home. Legs are aching today though....ouch!!

Best runs are when you think you're not going to make it, and then you do make it! Well done and enjoy the euphoria.

Thank you Anthie, I think you could be right. I think I might be enjoying this, I like a challenge, and this definitely is one.

Brilliant - isn't it great when a plan DOESNT go to plan! It's quite surprising how you can progress even when you think you can't. Well done and enjoy resting those hard at work legs.

Lol, I didn't think I'd ever be able to progress from 60 seconds when I did that first run!! And now I'm on 3 minutes, can't believe it to be honest Jancanrun. This is great!!! I reckon I might just manage 5k eventually, in the dim and distant future!!

Thanks oldfloss, did stretches, not quite so aching this morning, it's only muscular, I guess it means I'm doing some good if I'm waking up those lazy muscles that are usually sleeping!! Lol.

Well done you. Theses newly found running legs and the muscles need some TLC and stretching and rolling can pay dividends.
