I've been apprehensive all week as I read on a post that W3 means running for 3 minutes. When the app said that if someone was looking at you from the other side of a bush they shouldn't be able to tell you are running, I changed the way I was running and I've clearly been going far too fast, even when I thought I couldn't go any slower. Consequently the run was pretty easy! My breathing was good and my muscles weren't crying! Sooooooo happy and proud of myself 😆😀😃
