W3 R1 I did it!!

I've been apprehensive all week as I read on a post that W3 means running for 3 minutes. When the app said that if someone was looking at you from the other side of a bush they shouldn't be able to tell you are running, I changed the way I was running and I've clearly been going far too fast, even when I thought I couldn't go any slower. Consequently the run was pretty easy! My breathing was good and my muscles weren't crying! Sooooooo happy and proud of myself 😆😀😃

Be proud indeed -- that advice on wk 3 is brilliant ... my head was bobbing like crazy before and the energy it saved adjusting myself made running easier ... keep going ... trust this incredible program .... Oldfloss slow and steady and you will get there 😜
