I've been apprehensive all week as I read on a post that W3 means running for 3 minutes. When the app said that if someone was looking at you from the other side of a bush they shouldn't be able to tell you are running, I changed the way I was running and I've clearly been going far too fast, even when I thought I couldn't go any slower. Consequently the run was pretty easy! My breathing was good and my muscles weren't crying! Sooooooo happy and proud of myself πππ
W3 R1 I did it!!: I've been apprehensive all... - Couch to 5K

It seems as though you've found your happy pace. well done

We may bang on about slow and steady, but you have found what I call your happy pace... and it is brilliant..just wait until those longer runs too
The key is definitely slooooooooooww & steady! I laughed when MJ said that to me this morning but I guess he knows what he's talking about π Every reason to feel proud!

I hadn't got a clue what they meant with the hedge, lol π but well done!
That is what happened to me on this run!! I thought I couldn't go any slower but when I altered my style, I found my perfect pace and settled into my running
Well done on the run ππ
It's good to know it wasn't just me π Thank you!
Be proud indeed -- that advice on wk 3 is brilliant ... my head was bobbing like crazy before and the energy it saved adjusting myself made running easier ... keep going ... trust this incredible program .... Oldfloss slow and steady and you will get there π
Go Minnow! I've got the 1st run of Wk3 tomorrow evening, I'll take note of what you said, hopefully that will help me out on the 3 minutes! Well done! X
