Usual after run post...now i never look up what the next run is going to be but week5 every runs different...sure 5 mins no problem....8 mins uhh yeah ok... but my gosh...."today your gonna run non stop...for 20 minutes"
I think my street all heard me yelling at Michael "i think you got the wrong week pal!!"
But no after looking at my phone 3 times it was correct....
Pumped up the volume and let the music take over... 30 mins later i have evolved into something different.
I did not expect such a vast leap. Im so chuffed right now lol.

Well done.. I was in exactly the same position as you 3weeks ago i also thought michael was joking as it was a massive jump to 20 minutes... Just stick with the plan as it changes down in week 6 but it works.. Just done my first 28 minute run... Slow and steady... Enjoy your win today...
π€£ππ€£π€£π€£ ππππ go on mate!!
Pmsl re βevolved into something differentβ.....so true, W5 the Tough Twenty must be the turning post for all of us.....canβt help thinking of Dr Who regenerating πππ.
You think youβre chuffed now Waylander, you ainβt seen nothinβ yet!
Youβre about to head into the Tunnel of a Transformation, the Valley of the Velociraptor (Hunan one that is) and given your Viking arrival on this site many weeks back, the Fjord of Fitness!! πββοΈπββοΈ π₯
Congratulations to you Waylander85 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran π π
