Hi all, can't say that i am new here since i've been lurking for 6 weeks or so.
I am finding it very inspirational to read all the great reports, advice and encouragement. Thinking about what others have written has certainly kept me plodding along on more than one run, so thanks to you all.
Looking forward to reading everyones' continuing tales and i'm even looking forward to more running - and those are words that never in my weirdest dreams did I ever think I would be writing!

Hey there ianhtf there's quite a few of us at a similar level - I'm sure you're read the posts! We all jolly each other along and are happy to do so. Continue posting and we'll all get there together...xx
Welcome, and well done for getting this far! It's a fantastic programme isn't it and this forum is so supportive. I graduated over a year ago now and still like to come back and read about others setting off on what can be a life changing journey!🙂
This is certainly the place for inspiration and encouragement. It was all the wonderful folk on here who got me through the hardest runs and cheered me through the good ones.
Fantastic that you're already through almost to the end of week 6. If you're using the podcasts and running get with 'Saint Laura', then be ready for a real boost at the end of run 3 😊 Enjoy!
Welcome and well done for getting so far in the programme all on your own! Thanks for introducing yourself - now we can celebrate your journey with you!
