Hi all I am up to week 8 run 3 but have had a bit of a struggle recently whereby.i have not been to the gym for a couple of weeks and don't know if I should persevere and carry on to finish the programme or go back a few weeks?

So far the advice given on this is to try the last run you did & see how you get on.if you struggle then repeat but dont go backwards.but at the end of the day go with what your body is capable of & dont hurt yourself 😊
This is always a case of suck it and see........until you try you won't know how much condition you have lost. Continue where you left off, very slowly (I have a theory that many of us run too fast coming back after a break). If that is much too demanding then go back a week and see how you do.
You will not have lost much condition in two weeks.
Thanks for the replies its back off to the gym tonight I will go slow and see what happens and give you an updated. It's nice to know that there is lots of support our there and reading these posts gives me the motivation and determination to finish.
