Achilles felt they were going to ping, legs like lead weights stopped after 17 mins and could not get going again. Worse run I have had in weeks......deflated π

Consolidation run 3.....BLAH!!!!!
I think it was my consolidation run 3 that got me too! I had to stop, found every minute hard. But my run 4 was my best 1! Keep going, everyone has hard runs, fingers crossed your next one will feel better. π€π€
My third run was a killer too. Fourth tomorrow so hopefully will get easier.
One word.... Humidity!! π‘
Happens to the best runners, give it an extra rest day if you are sore, this warmth is lovely but draining for runners
I hate that heavy feeling awful x and the humidity x but well done for the 17 minutes x itβs still a workout, your body is still thankful, itβs just the brain that is pissed off with you x x take care

I think the first two consolidation runs you are still feeling the glow of graduation. By run 3 it is wearing off a bit and you are missing your coach. Time to shake it up a bit, try a new route, or run the old one in reverse, have a new playlist, whatever works for you
