OK. I'm on week two of C25K. I'm 45 and recently had a bit of an epiphany and decided that I needed to get fitter. I'm one of those people that looks pretty healthy but is actually chronically unfit!
Anyway, I don't have any way of listening to the podcasts when running, so I've been (broadly) trying to stick to the intervals using just a watch. I've completed 3 sessions in week 1, totalling a smidge over 15k in total. I don't have a loop that I can complete in 20 mins, so from day one I've been doing a loop that is about 35 mins.
I did my first run of week 2 on Monday while away from home on business. It was downhill then followed by a murderous uphill and just over 6k. I did manage intervals of running and walking, but they were all over the show yesterday, so my next run on home turf will hopefully be more regimented.
Anyway, just thought I'd join up here to see how other people are getting on and to hopefully pick up some tips along the way.
Happy running everyone!

Well done. I bet the up hills sections were an eye opener. I've just started week 4. I've added two uphill bits on my circular route. They are bridges and don't go on forever but they add some flavour to the run.
Wow, that was some sort of crazy head wind today. It really didn't let up for the first half of my loop. Fortunately, the second half of the loop was more sheltered and had the benefit of a tail wind in places, so W2R2 was completed in time.
I did try and stick to the intervals prescribed in the Week 2 schedule. I'm not sure if I'd do better with the podcast in my ear or not. I'm actually ok with the sound of my own laboured breathing for entertainment
