lol thought i'd left it long enough but a yorkshire pudding sabotaged my w6 r3 last night. wont be doing that again. i'll put it down as a practice and try again tonight after a far more sensible salmon and veggies.

Maybe have someone cycle or drive ahead of you with a roast dinner and chase them. 'Running after a roast dinner' might help me speed up a bit :)

As long as you did not run too far..then that is fine.. otherwise rest up today and head tomorrow:)

Love the suggestion from Stormwarden but if you ran... a run is a run is a run... and so a rest day required? Unless you really didn't go far! :) Good luck either way!
