Unlike previous effort, didnβt have a roast dinner π₯ last night before running week 9 run 2 this morning.
Only mini drama was at the start when some unwanted supposed comedy involuntarily coming through my earphones, it was such dross I had to switch to something more bearable. After that it was pretty good, and after 10 mins I got in to a reasonable rhythm
By the way, Iβm not a complete saint π, I did have a pancake π₯ last night.

Iβm trying to not focus to much at the moment on getting to 5 k in the 30 mins ( at least thatβs what I tell myself, but I always do look at it π€£).
From what much more experienced runners than me say on here, itβs initially about getting kmβs under the belt, building up endurance, and then with time and consolidation runs the speed and/or distance can be worked on.
