So I finished my week 4 yesterday. So exhausted but couldn’t believe that I could do a light jog for full 5 mins!

Next week might have to do a cut back week otherwise my legs might give up on me.

No need to cut back...just keep it slow and keep it steady :) Make sure your exercise on rest days is kept up too... as you move along, you need to build up stamina and strength.. :)

What do you do on rest days... some folk use the strength and flex.. but walking, swimming, cycling etc.. all good :)

Well done on completing Week 4. I too commence Week 5 on Monday. Good luck for next week.

As others have advised - slow and steady is the key to success 🏃
