So I finished my week 4 yesterday. So exhausted but couldn’t believe that I could do a light jog for full 5 mins!
Next week might have to do a cut back week otherwise my legs might give up on me.

No need to cut back...just keep it slow and keep it steady Make sure your exercise on rest days is kept up too... as you move along, you need to build up stamina and strength..
What do you do on rest days... some folk use the strength and flex.. but walking, swimming, cycling etc.. all good
Well done on completing Week 4. I too commence Week 5 on Monday. Good luck for next week.
