So what u think peeps should I do W5R3 again 2mo or straight to W6? Your input would be much appreciated guys thank u x

If you did this today, I hope you don't plan to run again tomorrow. Take a rest day. I would treat this as your W5R3 and move on on your next run day. But do take a rest day. You have done more than the plan says so be careful not to overdo it and cause pain or injury.

Nope you've completed the run so you should definetly move onto w6, well done you! Please do take a rest day first though, I found with the longer runs taking 2 rest days in between worked better for me. Happy running!

I agree with the others - W5R3 is done but take a day off now.

I am so glad you did this though, as I know you were having a wobble recently. Well done - look what you are capable of, and how far you've come!

Rest, rest and rest, then go onto W6.... no need to repeat a run if you've done it...
