So I have just completed week 7 this morning, still feeling great when I run and looking forward to starting week 8 run 1 on Sunday morning, the following week I go away so my first run of week 9 will be in Marbella as I'm off on a little mini break so that worked out nice π my question is to you graduates is I always run on grass, now if I run on the wet sand while I'm away is this harder to do?

Oh yes.. and the strain on your calf muscles is quite profound..... be very slow and steady and be aware of any twinges... as Sandraj39 says.. shake up the routes a little and really enjoy!!
Thank you, I thought it might be harder, I will choose another route and do a beach run when I have graduated and with a little more experience under my belt π
